Donald Fisher, The Upstate New York Chapter of the Appraisal Institute

The Upstate New York Chapter of the Appraisal Institute awarded Donald Fisher, MAI of Syracuse the first annual G. Richard Kelley Memorial Award. Kelley's widow Mary Grace Maguire-Kelley presented the award to Fisher.
G. Richard Kelley was an icon in the appraisal profession in a career that spanned over 54 years. The award goes to an individual who makes a significant contribution to the chapter, the appraisal profession or their local community. The Appraisal Institute is recognized as the leader in the real estate appraisal industry and is one of the oldest organizations of real estate appraisers in the world.
Fisher is president of Pomeroy Appraisal Associates, Inc. and has vast experience in the appraisal of a variety of properties for public, institutional and private clients throughout New York State and other parts of the U.S. Fisher also has been a major contributor in appraisal education throughout the U.S.
