Fisher Brothers complete new lease at 1345 Ave of the Americas

New York, NY According to Fisher Brothers, a fourth-generation real estate company that owns, manages and operates unique spaces across the country, U.S. Realty Advisors has signed a lease agreement at 1345 Ave of the Americas. Currently located at 1370 Ave of the Americas, the real estate investment and asset management firm will move into 8,201 s/f on the 21st floor in early 2023. U.S. Realty Advisors will join the Man Group on the 21st floor, filling out the remaining available space.

“As the citywide surge in demand for office space continues in New York, we are excited to welcome U.S. Realty Advisors to 1345 Avenue of the Americas,” said Ken Fisher, partner at Fisher Brothers. “Office culture and tenant needs have changed drastically, but 1345 has stayed on pace. With a thoughtfully designed amenity floor, engaging outdoor space and experiential art installation, state-of-the-art infrastructure and technology throughout the building and more, we are confident U.S. Realty Advisors will feel at home at 1345.”

Last year, Fisher Brothers completed a $120 million large-scale capital improvement project at 1345 Ave. of the Americas, which included upgrades to the building’s exterior, an artfully designed lobby with upgraded touchless elevators, and a new amenity floor, @Ease1345, featuring a tenant lounge, wellness center and hybrid meeting spaces. In May, Fisher Brothers unveiled a newly installed public art work at 1345 Ave. of the Americas. The piece is a vibrant painted mural entitled “Falcon Dreaming,” located within the redesigned Fisher Park adjacent to the commercial office tower and the Ziegfeld Ballroom. The 56-foot by 23-foot mural integrates an augmented reality experience. Additional upgrades to Fisher Park include public Wi-Fi, over 100ft of bench seating to work, collaborate and meet around new raised planters, tables and chairs throughout the plaza, new granite pavers, steps and lighting.

Marc Packman, head of leasing, Charles Laginestra, director of leasing, and Josh Fisher, assistant director of leasing at Fisher Brothers, led negotiations for Fisher Brothers. U.S. Realty Advisors was represented by Paul Amrich from CBRE. Howard Fiddle, Peter Turchin, Bill Iacovelli, Anthony Dattoma, Gregg Rothkin, and Benjamin Joseph of CBRE also worked with Fisher Brothers on the negotiations.
