First Quality Maintenance and Classic Security to provide services

First Quality Maintenance and Classic Security, both divisions of Alliance Building Services, recently received exclusive contracts to provide janitorial and security services at 156 William St., located in the financial district. This 250,000 s/f office building features attended lobby, tenant operable windows and new elevators. Notable tenants of the building include: Pace University, Women International Trade, New York State Department of Housing and Community Renewal, Riverside Research Institute and East Realty. Both First Quality Maintenance and Classic Security provide full-service cleaning and security service for over 100 buildings in the New York metropolitan area buildings encompassing more than 60 million s/f. Classic Security brings more than 80 years of law enforcement. "We are delighted to be providing security to 156 William St.and to be working with Capstone Equities," said Gary Green, CEO of Alliance Building Services. "It is through sound partnerships like this that we are able to accomplish our goals while continuing to be the leading security service provider in the tri-state area." Capstone Equities, a Manhattan based real estate investment firm, recently purchased the property and Gensler Architects is currently preparing designs for a new lobby and curtain wall. "Alliance Building Services has a dependable record of success in the building services industry and we are confident in their ability to do a superb job," said Joshua Zamir, managing principal, Capstone Equities.
