Famularo joins Coldwell Banker Commercial Props. as senior executive managing director

James Famularo has joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Properties as senior executive managing director. Famularo is one of the top restaurant and night club brokers in the city. He has been a fixture in the brokerage of Manhattan bars and restaurants for several years. He was responsible for the relocation of "Markt" at its new location on 676 Sixth Ave., as well as for "Gin Lane" the Meatpacking hotspot located at 355 West 14th St. Coldwell Banker Commercial Properties Unlimited is a localized branch of a national company with an emphasis on catering to all types of clients seeking business space in a city it knows well.
