Fagen of Sabre leases 11,450 s/f to Pure Hockey at The Shoppes@Carle Place

Sabre Real Estate Group LLC, the metropolitan region's newest retail brokerage, has arranged a lease for Pure Hockey, one of the nation's largest hockey equipment retailers. Pure Hockey leased 11,450 s/f at 229 Glen Cove Rd., a 50,000 s/f shopping center known as The Shoppes@Carle Place. The new store is expected to open in spring 2014. Stu Fagen, managing director of Sabre, represented the landlord, Rothman Goodman Management Corp., while Jim Sansivero of The Rochlin Organization represented Franklin, Mass.-based Pure Hockey, which has 29 stores and an e-commerce site. Founded by Kenneth Breslin and Jayson Siano, experienced retail real estate professionals, Sabre is a full-service retail real estate brokerage company focused on tenant and owner representation.
