Syage of Hunt Corporate Services reps tenant in 4,281 s/f lease renewal

According to David Hunt of Hunt Corporate Services, Inc., Martini, Benisatto & Reinfurt, CPAs, has renewed their 4,281 s/f lease at One Huntington Quadrangle. Hunt represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. The landlord, The We're Group was represented by Andrew Newman. "Martini, Benisatto & Reinfurt has occupied their suite for over ten years and was elated that they could continue their tenancy at their present location," said Chuck Syage of Hunt, who brokered the lease. "The landlord also wished to retain an excellent tenant, and was able to provide an excellent renewal package for our client."
