State Hwy. 152, #107, in Mustang, Okla. * Knowledge Learning Center sold 5,300 s/f to Patricia Verdine and Scott Verdine at 3 Mill St. in Pittston, Penn. * BFS subleased 9,000 s/f to BMW Motorcycles at 2115 Spring St. in Long Beach, Calif. * Shopko sold 0.36 acres at 510 East Philip Ave. in North PLatte, Neb. to Wilkinson Development, Inc. * Walgreens subleased 11,165 s/f to Goodwill Industries of El Paso, Inc. at 5150 Fairbanks in El Paso, Tex.
