EW Howell’s Finamore named to NYBCF board

Plainview, NY According to EW Howell Construction Group, John Finamore, its director of business development, has been elected to the New York Building Congress Foundation board of governors for a three-year term. As a member of the Board of Governors, Finamore will work alongside dedicated professionals to improve and better coordinate the building community’s approach to promoting the New York City construction industry.

Finamore is a seasoned construction professional with more than 35 years of experience and knowledge of the construction industry throughout the region.

He joined EW Howell, one of the region’s leading education, cultural, government and healthcare builders, in 2017. As Director of Business Development at EW Howell, he takes a client-centric development approach when developing relationships with new clients, architects, engineers as well as new business opportunities. Finamore is responsible for increasing brand awareness, coordinating, and implementing plans designed to service existing clients, and capturing new clients and business opportunities. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Stony Brook University and a Master of Business Administration from Dowling College.
