Etess appointed general manager at Idesco Corp.

Idesco Corp., a leading security system integrator, has appointed Scott Etess as general manager. In this new position, Etess will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations at Idesco and maximizing performance in the sales and marketing departments. Etess is driving corporate growth initiatives and streamlining processes throughout the company to help Idesco maximize efficiency. Etess' wealth of management experience in the security and real estate markets will benefit Idesco's growth into new markets. Etess' background includes a broad range of experience with commercial and residential security that consists of guard services, electronic monitoring, access control, investigations, and other security-related services. "We are excited to have Scott join our management team, and look forward to successfully expanding our marketing and sales efforts," said Andrew Schonzeit, Idesco's president. Etess' educational background includes a B.S. in Hotel Administration from Cornell University. In addition, Scott worked as a Director of Leasing at the prestigious Trump Organization and was responsible for leasing in the tri-state area. He also obtained his commercial real estate license and is a member of both the Real Estate Board of New York and ASIS.
