What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2012? As our thirty years of collective expertise allowed us to complete all due diligence in house, we were able to provide millions of dollars of bridge and mezzanine loan financing and completed the purchase of several non-performing mortgages and notes all within 7 days of our commitment to these transactions.
