ERG Property Advisors promotes Palac as director of investment sales

ERG Property Advisors has promoted Christopher Palac to the position of director of investment sales. Palac joined ERG in April 2010 as a senior associate. After working at ERG for a year, he developed knowledge of the Lower East Side, leading him to become a specialist in that submarket. The submarket system is one of the foundations of ERG's management structure and approach to real estate brokerage, and Palac's expertise of the Lower East Side has continued to be a valuable resource for property buyers and tenants in that area. A long time resident of N.Y.C., Palac graduated from the UN International School in 2003. He earned a degree in architecture from the University of Miami in 2008. After moving back to the city following his graduation, Palac worked for several architectural design firms, prior to gaining an interest in real estate brokerage and joining ERG. Palac is half German and half English, was born in Thailand and has lived and traveled throughout Europe and Asia. Although he currently resides in Brooklyn, Palac brings an international and multi-cultural outlook to his work. For more information, please contact Christopher Palac at (646) 253-0930 or [email protected]. ERG Property Advisors is a full-service commercial brokerage company based in N.Y.C. Its core activities are investment sales, retail leasing, and strategic consulting. While focused on the broader N.Y.C. area as a company, ERG also offers specific market knowledge at the submarket level. Beyond core N.Y.C. properties, ERG has access to a vast network of NNN properties throughout the U.S. In addition to assisting property owners and prospective buyers, ERG provides banks, appraisers, attorneys, and accountants with information and skill sets that support them in their respective roles.
