Epic Commercial Realty brokers sale of 980 Avenue and 165-171 Veronica Place

Brooklyn, NY EPIC Commercial Realty has completed the sale of 980 Ave. and 165-171 Veronica Place, a block through development site in Flatbush. The property is comprised of two adjacent lots. Facing Rogers Ave. and Veronica Place, between Tilden Ave. and Beverley Rd., the property contains a vacant lot and a garage behind it, totaling 16,870 s/f of development rights. The sites are ideally located just three blocks from the Beverly Road [2,5] train station, Kings Theatre, and the vibrant retail corridor on Flatbush Ave. With the garage built to 909 s/f, the property boasts additional air rights of 15,961 s/f. According to EPIC Commercial Realty Investment sales associate, Baruch Edelkopf, "We are seeing East Flatbush having a major push in the development. With the uncertainty of the L train, developers and renters are looking for new neighborhoods with easy access to Manhattan."
