EP Engineering completes services
for The Travel Agency Dispensary

Manhattan, NY EP Engineering has completed full MEP Engineering services for The Travel Agency’s location at 587 Fifth Ave. They are continuing to design for the premium dispensary’s other locations around the city.

Each location is designed in collaboration with the architect and owner, catering to each site’s unique features and maintaining a consistent brand identity. EP carefully coordinated with Leong Leong Architects on the new 5,000 s/f 587 Fifth Ave. location to ensure that the infrastructure did not interfere with the aesthetic, while being able to meet the demands of The Travel Agency’s foot traffic.

EP Engineering’s work included installing the lighting and controls that form the store-front’s clean and bright aesthetic. The mechanical systems were distributed around the tight ceiling conditions with hidden return and supply terminations to preserve the interior design.

The Travel Agency at 587 Fifth Ave. is open and has locations in Brooklyn and Union Sq.

Giovanni Melendez, partner, said “Our team takes great pride in delivering a product that exceeds expectations and fits each project’s distinct needs and we are delighted to have done that for The Travel Agency at this location and their other stores. As one of the premium dispensaries in New York City, we were thrilled to work with their team and Leong Leong Architects to create an appealing and highly efficient space for their customers to enjoy.”
