EP Engineering accepted into NYC Accelerator Service Provider Program

Manhattan, NY EP Engineering has been accepted into the NYC Accelerator Service Provider Program. 

NYC Accelerator, a program of the NYC mayor’s Office of Climate & Environmental Justice, supports building owners and managers in their efforts to decarbonize properties and create healthier, more sustainable communities across the five boroughs.

As an approved service provider, EP Engineering offers a range of services to help buildings meet energy and sustainability goals. These include comprehensive building surveys, energy, submetering, and electrical compliance reports, as well as upgrade recommendations to ensure compliance with Local Laws 84, 88, and 97.

EP’s team partners with clients to not only reduce energy consumption and improve system performance but also to unlock long-term value through cost savings, operational efficiencies, and regulatory readiness. With a deep knowledge of New York City’s evolving energy landscape, EP is committed to helping owners and operators modernize their properties and future-proof their portfolios.
