Empire National Bank appoints Rubin vice president/senior commercial lending officer

Islandia, NY According to Empire National Bank, Eric Rubin, a veteran banker with over 30 years of industry experience, has been appointed vice president/senior commercial lending officer.

Prior, Rubin held the title of Long Island market manager at Flushing Bank. His professional credentials also include senior vice president positions at Webster Bank and Capital One Bank.

“Eric’s experience in credit and lending will make him an integral member of the bank’s commercial lending team. His expertise in these arenas will greatly benefit bank clients,” said Douglas Manditch, Empire National Bank’s Chairman and CEO.

Rubin graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University at Albany with a B.A. in Political Science/Sports Medicine.  He also completed NatWest Bank’s formal credit training program.
