Empire Commercial Construction partners with Design Space Studios and BX2 Architecture for 1,650 s/f Eagle’s Nest Golf Lounge renovation

Webster, NY Empire Commercial Construction (Empire), a regional general contractor that specializes in turn-key retail, restaurant, and small-project construction, completed the construction contract for Eagle’s Nest Golf Lounge. Empire partnered with Design Space Studios and BX2 Architecture for all design/permitting of the 1,650 s/f tenant space renovation of a former medical space in the existing building located at 1170 Ridge Rd. (adjacent to Heart to Heart Bride) at Jackson Square Plaza. An open house was held on Saturday, December 20th, with bookings open for play featuring hours of 5am-12am daily.

“It was a privilege for our team to work with the owner, Kurt, to bring this completely automated, self-service golf simulators to the town of Webster, said Empire president, Josh Myers. “As winter sets in, this state-of-the-art facility will be a welcomed location that will stand out from others in the area due to its private, tech-savvy layout.”

The renovation of the existing 1,600 s/f space (a former Rochester Speech and Hearing location) included two separate private sectioned-off 15’ x 20’ bays featuring high-end Trackman commercial golf simulators, and spacious lounge area.

Empire has completed dozens of fitness/entertainment locations throughout Upstate New York for both regional, national, and international franchises. Past projects include Get Air Trampoline Park, D1 Training, Challenge Athletics, TITLE Boxing, Ladybugs Play, Pure Barre, Press the Limit Fitness, Burd Physical Therapy, KidStrong and more.
