Empire Commercial and Davidson Arch. partner for two KFC restaurants

Horseheads, NY Empire Commercial Construction is nearing completion for construction on two Kentucky Fried Chicken locations. Empire is teaming with Kansas-based Davidson Architecture & Engineering for design and construction of the two 2,100 s/f stand-alone restaurants. 

The first location, located at 2138 Grand Central Ave., is  slated to be completed later this month. The restaurant is on a 1.5-acre lot and is able to seat more than 30 guests. Special features to this location include self-order kiosks, interior and exterior drive-thru digital menu boards and designated delivery driver parking.

The second location, 4940 Southwestern Blvd. in Hamburg, is also slated for completion later this month. The restaurant on .59 acres is able to seat more than 30 guests. Some special features to this location include self-order kiosks, interior and exterior drive-thru digital menu boards and designated delivery driver parking.

“Empire is excited to further our relationship with KFC and the development team,” said Empire president, Jayne Penepent. “We are pleased to support KFC’s expansion and addition of new restaurants in our state, bringing with them many years of quality, affordable food and excellent service.”
