Sales rep for commercial carpet manufacturer. Every day is different because my territory ranges from lower Westchester to the tip of Suffolk County. I plan to stay as long as they'll have me! Hobbies: Bicycling, reading and lately, Facebook Favorite book: (That's a tough one). I love Nelson DeMille - maybe his classic, "The Charm School" Favorite movie: "The Departed," although my romantic side loves "The American President" Persons you admire most (outside of family): Lately, no one of any celebrity status. Most of the time I admire my kids the most. If you had to choose another vocation what would it be? If I had unlimited funds and more talent as a cook, I would open up a bed and breakfast in a warm weather climate. I love meeting people from different places.

When Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) were first part of commercial real estate risk management, it was the lenders driving this requirement. When a borrower wanted a loan on a property, banks would utilize a list of “Approved Consultants” to order the report on both refinances and purchases.
