First job in real estate or allied field: Marketing coordinator for Muñoz Engineering What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? I'm currently on maternity leave and will be returning to work on July 27. In the meantime, I'm getting used to my new role as a mom. I'm anticipating the challenges of balancing work with my involvement with SMPS as well as Jordyn's needs. It bothers me that I started my MBA but haven't finished it so that's something that I would like to get out of the way. Favorite book: "Having Our Say: The Delany Sisters' First 100 Years" Persons you admire most (outside of family): It's tough for me to name one person. The ones that I generally admire are the ones that succeeded in spite of having various obstacles and challenges standing in their way. Keys to success: I believe that it's a combination of being able to roll with the punches, having a sense of balance, remaining cool under pressure and possessing a certain level of passion.
