Throughout the conference, speakers examine the new calculus of luxury demand, and how data, storytelling, and immersive technology are reshaping sales and marketing for new development.

Specialists in different areas will share their insights including international art gallerist Cristina Grajales, architect and designer Michael Gabellini, and authorities in new development such as Daniel De La Vega, president of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, and Stephen Kliegerman, president of Brown Harris Stevens New Development Marketing; the leaders in global branded residences including Tina Necrason, Global Head of Branded Residential at Hyatt Hotels Corp., Marci Clark, managing director, strategy and development at JDS Development Group, and CEOs from the world’s most successful brokerages such as Michael Liebowitz, president and CEO of Douglas Elliman, and CEO of Forbes Global Properties, among others.

“Powerhouse executives, from Dubai, London and across the United States, will take the stage at Elevate 2025, representing billions in luxury real estate and new development inventory, ranging from ultra-luxe branded residences to next-gen vertical living concepts,” said Zonda’s CEO Jeff Meyers. “Elevate blends market intelligence with design vision and real-world case studies to explore this market and what will come next.”

“Elevate brings together the people and ideas truly moving the market,” said Robin Dolch, CEO of Hundred Stories, Elevate’s PR and programming partner. “It’s where data meets design and strategy meets relationships—three days that change how our community thinks about building, branding, and selling the next generation of towers.”
