DVB Commercial sells 79 Newtown Turnpike for $1.6 million
DVB Commercial Realty LLC has completed the sale of 79 Newtown Tpke. The seller was represented by John Zervos of DVB Commercial Realty LLC and the buyer was represented by Dan Zelson of Charter Realty.
The attorney's on both sides worked very diligently to have sale consummated. Representing the seller were attorney's Charles Busek and Richard Mintz and representing the buyer was Attorney Ken Gruder.
The purchase price was $1.6 million. The building will be used for religious services for Chabad Lubavitch.
