Dunne, Bardsley and Riccio of CBRE's Institutional Properties acts for SL Green in 180,000 s/f office building sale

Tarrytown, NY Jeffrey Dunne, Steven Bardsley and Alex Riccio of CBRE’s Institutional Properties represented SL Green Realty Corp. in the sale of 520 White Plains Rd. to Signature Acquisitions LLC.  

520 White Plains Rd. is a class A office building totaling 180,000 s/f. 

The sale price was undisclosed.

The subject property is situated at the confluence of I-287, I-87 and Rte. 9, and 1.9 miles from the Tappan Zee Bridge, providing access to the entire Tristate region. 

Currently 96% leased with an average lease term of nearly 6 years, 520 White Plains provides stable income. Tenants anchoring the property include: First Niagara Bank, Clarfeld Financial, Westcon Group, HQ Global and NY State United Teachers. 

“The exceptional location has attracted a diverse tenant base with long term leases that should provide Signature Acquisitions with dependable income for years to come,” said Dunne.
