Draznin of NGKF reps ATCO in 14,275 s/f lease at 630 Third Avenue

ICF International, a firm offering professional services and technology solutions to organizations worldwide, has leased the entire 14,275 s/f 11th floor at ATCO Properties & Management's Midtown 630 Third Ave. for its New York headquarters. The company, presently at 90 Park Ave., expects to move into its new facilities this winter.
