Kimberly Dowdell, Assoc. AIA, NOMA, LEED AP, has joined Levien & Company, a leading real estate project management/owner's representation firm, according to Kenneth Levien, AIA, president and founder of the Manhattan-based firm. Dowdell will focus on both marketing and project management.
