Wagar/Wenners Inc. sold it to Pear Tree Farms, LLC. * Ed Kiesa, CCIM, represented the buyer Zip Networks in the $175,000 sale of a 54,000 s/f office/warehouse building at 100 Wilkinson St. CBD Companies represented the seller.
