Douglas Development completes LED lighting project around Seneca One tower

Buffalo, NY Douglas Development recently completed a lighting project that saw the installation of 24 LED light fixtures around Seneca One Tower downtown.

The project wrapped up just in time to bathe the city’s tallest building in red, white and blue light for the Independence Day holiday. Seneca One Tower is currently undergoing a redevelopment project that will bring together a mix of office, residential and retail to the site.

CBRE|Buffalo is working with the Washington, D.C.-based developer to lease the tower’s floor plates to office users.

Founder and president Douglas Jemal established Douglas Development in 1985. While the company remains a privately operated and family-owned and controlled company, it has since grown into a fully integrated real estate company with over 100 employees. For three decades, Douglas Development has earned a reputation for revitalizing underdeveloped, emerging areas and continues to win praise from local government authorities, community members, neighbors, and the real estate community at large.
