We are a privately-owned, family run, commercial real estate company located in East Meadow, New York. We own shopping centers all over Long Island, NY, as well as in 17 other states east of the Mississippi. The bulk of our holdings are Retail but we also have many apartments above retail as well as free standing office buildings and offices along with retail. We are always in the market; acquiring, selling, and leasing. We are searching for Retail properties to acquire that provide a good return on investment while providing upside where we can increase that return. We are currently marketing for sale our mixed use properties with apartments so we can focus on Retail acquisitions. We always have something to lease, whether it be an inline or end cap store front, a pad site, or a ground lease, we can accommodate many business types in various locations.
