United Properties sells 12,000 s/f retail/office
for $3.85 million

Plainview, NY United Properties Corp. closed the sale of a mixed-use property for $3.85 million.

1100 Old Country Rd., a retail and office building on the corner of Old Country Rd. and Plainview Rd., was purchased by The Beantown Companies. The building is 12,000 s/f situated on a .45-acre lot.

The buyer was represented by Bradley Diamond of Parallel Realty.
