Rye Brook, NY David Dillard has joined LRC Properties, LLC in its asset and property management division. He is based in LRC Properties’ Charlotte, NC office which is located at the Esplanade in Southpark.
At LRC Properties, he is responsible for oversight of the administration and financial performance of properties in LRC’s Charlotte portfolio. He will also be assisting on acquisitions and dispositions, as well as underwriting and evaluating of potential transactions in Charlotte and along the east coast.
Dillard brings 30 years of commercial and corporate real estate experience to LRC Properties. Most recently, he was senior vice president, regional property director for Bank of America, where he was responsible for managing the bank’s 7.5 million s/f portfolio of owned and leased properties in North Carolina which included multi-tenanted class A office buildings and the Ritz-Carlton Hotel. Prior to that, he held property management and leasing positions at Trinity Partners, a full-service commercial real estate firm, Shorenstein Realty Services, and Charter Properties.

Dillard graduated from Guilford College in Greensboro, NC with a BA in economics.
