Dickson appointed co-chair of land-use & zoning practice group at Forchelli Deegan Terrana

Uniondale, NY Forchelli Deegan Terrana LLP congratulates partner Kathleen Deegan Dickson on being appointed co-chair of the firm’s land use & zoning practice group. She also co-chairs the firm’s Cannabis practice group.

“I am honored to have been appointed to this position by my partners,” said Deegan Dickson. “In my thirty-plus years of practice, I have gained a tremendous amount of knowledge and built lasting relationships with other professionals within the real estate industry. Together as co-chairs of FDT’s land use and zoning practice group, Jeff and I will continue to ensure that the firm continues to provide the highest quality legal services to our clients,” she added.

Dickson is a board member (membership co-chair) of the Women Economic Developers of Long Island (WEDLI) and a member of the Nassau County Village Officials Association (NCVOA).

Dickson earned her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and her B.A. from Providence College.
