DeSousa joins Nelson + Pope as project manager
New York, NY Nelson + Pope welcomed Isabel DeSousa as a project manager to their Architectural Department. DeSousa brings strengths to the table in coding, permitting, zoning analysis, contract negotiations, and construction administration. DeSousa has over 28 years of experience in residential, commercial and institutional spaces managing design projects from initial concept design through job completion.
Strong client relationships and effective interdisciplinary team coordination are key tenets of DeSousa’s success in developing projects. Through every stage of project involvement, code compliance, quality assurance and client satisfaction are a top priority. She will be working on both municipal and private development projects, including health care, senior living, residential and commercial spaces.
