DeSimone Consulting reveals new leadership promotions; Parikh, Bonanno, Plechaty and Savalli

DeSimone Consulting Engineers revealed the promotions of four senior members in the New York office who continue to play a vital role in the firm's commitment to design excellence and creating valuable client relationships. Managing principal Mukesh Parikh, PE joined DeSimone in 1999 and specializes in providing innovative and cost-effective structural design. He has extensive experience in large-scale and high-rise residential, mixed-use and hospitality projects across the country and overseas. Principal James Bonanno, PE joined DeSimone in 1995 and has extensive experience in large mixed-use and high-rise residential projects. His knowledge of steel and concrete design, construction techniques and a hands-on approach have contributed to the successful completion of many challenging projects. Principal Mark Plechaty, PE joined DeSimone in 1995 and his use of innovative schemes has helped complete complex projects within budget and on schedule. He has a well-rounded balance of new construction, renovation, and international work and is familiar with many construction techniques and materials. Principal Joseph Savalli, PE joined DeSimone in 1997 and has over 24 years of industry experience. His work for the firm focuses primarily on the design and peer review of new structures. Savalli specializes in concrete and steel high-rise mixed use projects that contain retail, office, residential and educational spaces.
