Designworks plans EC Infosystems project; Creates 20,000 s/f office space

Uniondale, NY Designworks LPS was hired by EC Infosystems to create a high-tech and collaborative space for their new 20,000 s/f office at RXR’s Omni building. The firm worked with EC to understand the company image they wanted to express to their customers and the work environment they wanted to create for their employees.  They created a color scheme based on their company logos and incorporated those colors into the flooring, wall covering, lighting, furniture and all aspects of the design. They worked hand-in-hand with RXR’s project management team to ensure that the design and construction process ran smoothly. After the move in and ribbon cutting ceremony, Designworks is still implementing the finishing touches such as signage and a custom wall mural made up of photographs telling the story of the company’s history.

RXR was the project manager and provided the space planning and construction drawings.
