Delisle of IA secures sale of 6 acres on Jericho Turnpike
Huntington, NY Island Associates (IA) completed the sale 6 acres on Jericho Turnpike at intersection of West Hills Rd. at lighted intersection across from Huntington High School. The site offers access on Jericho Turnpike and West Hills Rd. across from the King Kullen, Rite Aid center to the east. Roger Delisle represented the seller, former Rice Chevrolet car dealer and the purchaser. Over 35,000 cars passing daily on Jericho Turnpike for a redevelopment having over 80,000 households within a 3 mile radius with average household income over $105,000. Island Associates is working with developers to secure new leasing opportunities at this site.
