Delavale of Breslin Org. brokers 2,500 s/f lease

Hampton Bays, NY Breslin Realty celebrated the grand opening of Hampton Gyro & Grill’s first location on Long Island– 252 W Montauk Hwy.
The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Robert Delavale of the Breslin Organization.
Hampton Gyro & Grill is a fast-casual Greek restaurant, occupying 2,500 s/f on the endcap of Tiana Plaza.
Additional retail tenants include Wild by Nature, Dollar Tree, Planet Fitness, HSBC, Ming Garden Chinese Food, Hampton Bays Bagels, and Cork N’ Jug Wines & Liquors.
