What was one of your corporate or career highlights of the decade?
Realizing on December 31st, 2009 that my integrity and sense of humor survived intact.
What are your predictions for commercial real estate in the new decade?
Land will be available on Mars and Earle Altman will do the first 99-year net lease there.
