What was one of your corporate or career highlights of the decade?
I would say one of my most memorable career experiences in the past decade, other than opening my own real estate office, was when I was the listing agent for a New York City Flag Hotel in 2003. The challenges and exposure to the hotel industry, together with the opportunity to market this 531 guest rooms. 41,000 s/f of retail including a restaurant, totaling a 330,000 s/f building with an asking price of $75 million was unparalleled to any other experience I have had in commercial real estate.
