Taking the plunge of incorporating new technologies into my day to day business.

What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2021?
Commercial real estate is going through a major transition, as we are learning while adapting to new situations by incorporating new technologies like CRM, 3D floor plans, virtual tours and more web based marketing.

What aspects of working from home did you enjoy most?
I enjoyed not commuting

What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2020?
Closing any deal this year because so many tenants where in financial limbo.
