Two of our most notable transactions: Over 20,000 s/f for Progressive Insurance for claims and legal offices in Lake Success, N.Y. Mortage Enterprises subleased 10,000 s/f from Swiss International Airlines at RXR Plaza, Uniondale, NY.. What predictions do you have for commercial real estate in 2011?
