Utica, NY Jeffrey D’Amore of Cushman & Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Company brokers the $427,500 sale of the 59,128 s/f Jeffrey Hardware and 5,109 s/f former Carpenter’s Union Buildings.

The historic Jeffrey Hardware Building located at 327-333 Bleecker St. has a new owner. The property was sold to The Vecino Group from Springfield, MI. The Jeffrey Hardware Building was listed on the State and National Registers of Historic Places in 2016 allowing it to participate in historical and state tax programs. It is located downtown just outside of the historic Bagg’s Sq. District.

D’Amore was the sole broker in this transaction and was responsible for marketing the property and facilitated the sale.
