C&W|Pyramid Brokerage handles five leases totaling 42,972 s/f, closes ten sales totaling over $4.611 million

Syracuse, NY Cushman & Wakefield|Pyramid Brokerage Co. (C&W|Pyramid) has completed the following sales and leases:

  • 2309 Triphammer Rd. North, Ithaca: Planet Fitness leased 20,400 s/f at the Cayuga Mall. Joyce Mawhinney MacKnight and David Huckle of C&W|Pyramid represented the landlord, Brixmor Properties. 
  • 511 Charles Ave., a 21,600 s/f retail building was sold by Self-Storage Solutions for $325,000. Lee Salvetti of C&W|Pyramid exclusively marketed the property, and represented the seller, Rich Ladouceur. 
  • 216 W Genesee Street - Syracuse, NY
    216 W Genesee St., a 12,000 s/f multi-story mixed-use building was sold to Dealer Development Properties LLC for $1.065 million. Michael Kalet of C&W|Pyramid exclusively marketed the property and represented the seller, while Christopher Savage of C&W|Pyramid acted for the buyer. 
  • NYMonroe Plan For Medical Care, Inc. leased 6,371 s/f at 100 Elwood Davis Rd. in Liverpool. Cory LaDuke and John Manilla of C&W|Pyramid represented the tenant. 
  • NYCrouse Medical Practice LLC leased 7,196 s/f at 5417 E Genesee St. John Clark, SIOR, CRE and Brian Balash, CCIM of C&W|Pyramid represented the tenant. 
  • Deltor Associates LLC sold 3107 E Genesee St. to 3107 E Genesee Realty LLC for $1.295 million. Elaina Pirro of C&W|Pyramid performed site selection and represented the buyer. 
  • Captain Lou’s Negazio, Inc. sold 622 North State St., a 14,957 s/f multi-unit investment building to Mohamed Hosheshi for $400,000. Troy Bullock of C&W|Pyramid represented the buyer. 
  • 1600 Main St. in Sylvan Beach, a two-acre parcel was sold to CGP Acquisition Development for $402,000 with plans to develop a Dollar General. Bullock represented the buyer and seller. 
  • Lasnicki Laminates leased 2,960 s/f at 6078 E Taft Rd. Mawhinney MacKnight and Scuderi represented the tenant. 
  • NYPreventative Services & Ruffneck Express leased 6,045 s/f at 23 Corporate Cir. William Evertz of C&W|Pyramid represented the landlord. 
  • Cambridge Properties LLC sold a 9,400 s/f industrial flex building at 505 Mitchell Ave. to Richard Madonia for $225,000. Evertz exclusively represented the marketing of the property and facilitated the sale for the seller, while James Laurenzo represented the buyer. 
  • The NY State Department of Environmental Conservation purchased the former Cleveland Central School building at 140 Bridge St. in Cleveland, N.Y. for $199,000. George Lee and Gregory Hamel of C&W|Pyramid exclusively marketed the property and represented the seller. 
  • Gabriel Group sold the 27,852 s/f former school building at 2513 Sunset Ave. in Utica to The Kelberman Center for $400,000. Jeffrey D’Amore of C&W|Pyramid exclusively marketed the property and represented the seller. 
  • Lee and Conley exclusively marketed and represented the seller in the sale of a 2,288 s/f industrial building at 5266 North Main St. in Munnsville. The sale price was not disclosed.
  • 84 Properties LLC sold a 21,278 s/f mini-storage facility at 20181 Rte. 12F in Watertown to Edward Valentine for $300,000. Christopher Clark of C&W|Pyramid exclusively marketed the property, and brokered the sale.
