C&W|Pyramid Brokerage leases 262,347 s/f in seven deals, closes three sales totaling $4.17 million

Syracuse, NY Cushman & Wakefield|Pyramid Brokerage Co. (C&W|Pyramid) has completed the following sales and leases:

MacKenzie-Childs leased 200,931 s/f at 123 Great Bear Rd., in Fluton. The subject is an industrial warehouse facility, where the company will be will be relocating its distribution, warehouse and shipping operations. The new warehouse will undergo renovation and automation upgrades to meet the retailer’s needs as a shipping facility. Expectations are that the warehouse will open in first quarter of 2020 and it is estimated that 50 to 55 employees will be working at the facility. Carmen Davoli of C&W|Pyramid exclusively marketed the property for lease, and represented the landlord, SRRP LLC.  

The Batavia Commons Shopping Center located at 419 W Main St. in Batavia was sold for $2.9 million. ERMO Properties LLC purchased the property from Batavia Commons Improvements LLC.  The 49,751 s/f shopping center’s tenants include Harbor Freight, Dollar Tree, Advance Auto Parts, Jackson Hewitt and Taco Bell. William Colucci and Stephen Scuderi of C&W|Pyramid exclusively represented the seller.  

5,000 s/f at the former NAPA Auto Parts store at 2163 Rtes. 5 & 20 was leased to  Hobart Service, a division of ITW. Gary Cottet of C&W|Pyramid represented the tenant.

108 Anderson Avenue - Syracuse, NY

Premier Fire Apparatus Inc. leased 5,500 s/f of industrial warehouse space at 108 Anderson Ave.  William Evertz of C&W|Pyramid exclusively represented the marketing of the property and facilitated the lease on behalf of the landlord, Cambridge Properties LLC.

6263 Taft Road - Syracuse, NY

Echo Motors leased 6,528 s/f of industrial warehouse space at 6263 Taft Rd. Evertz exclusively represented the marketing of the property and facilitated the lease on behalf of the landlord, Richard Sitnik.

6177 South Bay Road - Cicero, NY

Cleghorn Properties LLC purchased a two-building, multi-industrial complex totaling 37,200 s/f on 12 acres at 6177 South Bay Rd. in Cicero. EJ Co. sold the property for $1.1 million. Cottet and Patrick Hillery  of C&W|Pyramid exclusively marketed the property for sale on behalf of the seller.

731 James Street - East Syracuse, NY

Unity House of Cayuga County leased 1,998 s/f at 731 James St. Cory LaDuke and Troy Bullock of C&W|Pyramid exclusive marketed the property and facilitated this lease transaction for the landlord.

Nokia of America Corp. leased 2,183 s/f at the Northern Lights Shopping Plaza at 171 Northern Lights Dr.  LaDuke represented the tenant.

The 9,000 s/f former St. Patrick’s Convent/Parish Center at 208 Schuyler St. was sold to Laufer & De Ratmiroff for $170,000. Joyce Mawhinney MacKnight of C&W|Pyramid exclusively marketed the property and facilitated the sale on behalf of the seller, Saint Patrick’s Church Syracuse.

Indium Corp. of America leased 40,207 s/f at 301 Woods Park Dr. in New Hartford. Brian Balash, CCIM and Michael Conley of C&W|Pyramid exclusively marketed the property and represented the landlord.
