Cushman & Wakefield|Pyramid Brokerage completes 30,545 s/f in leases and eight sales totaling over $3.5 million

Syracuse, NY Cushman Wakefield|Pyramid Brokerage Co. has completed the following transactions: 

• Blue Water Hldgs LLC purchased a 3,360 s/f warehouse/office building at 3120 Grant Blvd. for an undisclosed price. David Carnie of C&W|Pyramid exclusively represented the marketing of the property and facilitated the sale for the seller, Guys Auto Service & Sales.

466 Brighton Avenue South - Syracuse, NY

• Wise Foods leased 8,834 s/f at 466 Brighton Ave. South. Patrick Hillery of C&W|Pyramid acted for the tenant.

• A 9,280 s/f industrial warehouse at 6809 Crossbow Dr., East Syracuse was sold for $615,000. Bruns Bros Process Equipment purchased the property from Flex Hose Co. Gary Cottet of C&W|Pyramid represented the buyer.

41 Albany Street - Cazenovia, NY

• A 11,517 s/f retail property at 41 Albany St., Cazenovia was sold for $1.805 million. Currently occupied by Kinney Drugs, Harveys Properties Inc. sold the property to FMV Associates. William Evertz of C&W|Pyramid exclusively marketed the property for the seller, and Hillery represented the buyer. 

• The Former Frontenac Genesee Apartments, a 50-unit apartment building at 1802 West Genesee St.was sold for an undisclosed price. Evertz represented the seller, MorganFrontenac-Genesee LLC.

• CGP Acquisition & Development purchased 1.35 acres at 7 Church St., Altmar for an undisclosed price. They plan to build a Dollar General on the site. Troy Bullock of C&W|Pyramid exclusively represents CGP Acquisition & Development and assists them with all site selections in the state. 

• Three Rivers Therapy LCSW leased 800 s/f at 7589 Morgan Rd., Liverpool. Cory LaDuke of C&W|Pyramid represented the landlord, DJK Properties.

• Advanced Cardiovascular Diagnostics leased 2,556 s/f at 5100 West Taft Rd., Liverpool, NY.  Brian Balash, CCIM and Elaina Pirro of C&W|Pyramid represented the landlord, Physician Realty Trust. 

• Advanced Cardiovascular Diagnostics leased 1,400 s/f of warehouse space at 6078 East Taft Rd., North Syracuse. Pirro represented tenant.   

• A 3,535 s/f office building at 250 Commerce Blvd., Liverpool, NY was sold for $325,000. FMV Associates LLC purchased the property from QLS Realty. LaDuke exclusively marketed the property, and represented the seller, while Hillery represented the buyer.

• Crosby-Brownlie, Inc. leased 3,780 s/f at 90 Commerce Blvd., Liverpool.  Hillery and LaDuke exclusively marketed the property for lease, and represented the landlord.

500 Plum Street - Syracuse, NY

• IHeartMedia & Entertainment leased 8,075 s/f at 500 Plum St. Michael Kalet of C&W|Pyramid worked with C&W – Tampa to represent the tenant.

• Aquatrol Technologies Inc. leased 2,600 s/f at 14 Corporate Cir., E. Syracuse. Cottet represented the tenant.

• Project Resource Group leased 2,500 s/f at 4 Adler Dr., E. Syracuse. LaDuke and George Lee of C&W|Pyramid represented the tenant.

• Evertz exclusively marketed and facilitated the sale of a 4,497 s/f retail property at 4100 West Genesee St., Camillus. Sonbyrne Sales sold the property to Duc Dang for $400,000.

• ATL Pluming & Mechanical purchased a 6,500 s/f flex building at 6666 Old Collamer Rd., E. Syracuse for $355,000 from Marsallo Group LLC. Stephen Scuderi of C&W|Pyramid represented the buyer.
