Curto of CURCO PROPS. leases 3,800 s/f to Sherwin-Williams

According to CURCO PROPERTIES, Sherwin-Williams (SHW) has signed a 5-year lease for 3,800 s/f at 1900 Central Pk Ave. Founded in 1866, the Sherwin-Williams Company is a global leader in the manufacture, development, distribution, and sale of coatings and related products to professional, industrial, commercial, and retail customers. CURCO has revealed that the building will undergo a complete renovation with a new façade and position this location as the center for home improvement. "This is an excellent opportunity for us to add a powerhouse leader in home improvement such as Sherwin- Williams," said Gary Curto, president of CURCO PROPERTIES. "This deal will help us continue to develop our 'Design District' along Central Pk Ave., and to compliment our other design retailers such as Curto's Appliances, Allen Carpet Tile and Stone. Saw Mill Kitchens and others in the 'Design Mile' of Central Pk Ave." Curto represented the property owner and Sherwin -Williams Inc.
