Curley of Coldwell Banker Commercial Prime Properties brokers $3.1 million sale of 4,017 s/f retail

Latham, NY Todd Curley, a commercial sales associate with Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBC) Prime Properties, represented the seller in the recent sale of retail property at 549 Troy-Schenectady Rd. for $3.1 million.

The 4,017 s/f retail space currently includes a Starbucks and Mayfair Jewelers. The commercial property is located on 2.52 acres at a signaled intersection on the corner of Watt St. and Cambridge Rd. The property is close to other major retailers, resulting in more than 46,000 vehicles passing the site each day.

“In addition to being located in a strong, densely populated market, this property offered the buyer a significant residual value in real estate,” Curley said. “It was truly an exceptional investment opportunity.
