Cuddy of CBRE reps ASG in 26,394 s/f lease

Allen Systems Group (ASG) has signed one of the largest office transactions so far this year in Westchester County with a seven-year, 26,394 s/f lease at the RiverView at Purchase, located at 287 Bowman Ave. The firm is relocating its New York office, currently at 120 Old Post Rd. in Rye. William Cuddy, executive VP of CB Richard Ellis' Stamford office, represented ASG. Also of CBRE's Stamford office, Timothy Donohue, senior associate, represented the ownership, Phoenix Capital Partners, LLC. "ASG knew they wanted to stay in Westchester County, and the RiverView at Purchase provided their business with the right solution," said Cuddy. "287 Bowman Ave. repositioned their property with new management and forthcoming capital improvements that complement the building's prime location and superior amenities, which were all important factors in ASG's decision." RiverView at Purchase is a 120,500 s/f class A office building, providing tenants with a full-service gourmet café, fitness center and covered parking. Located along Westchester's "Platinum Mile Corporate Corridor" of I-287, the property also offers access to the Hutchinson River Pwy., Merritt Pwy., I-684 and I-95. Daily Bee-Line bus service is also available to and from Metro North's White Plains train station.
