Cronheim Mortgage arranges $5 million refinance for Long Island Synagogue

Old Westbury, NY Cronheim Mortgage arranged financing totaling $5 million for the Old Westbury Hebrew Congregation synagogue. OWHC is a Conservative Jewish Synagogue located in Nassau County, Long Island. 

The property contains 52,739 s/f on 15.7 acres. A portion of the building containing 24,582 s/f was completed in 2007 (the main building was built in 1959) and consists of a sanctuary, offices, and classrooms for religious education and a nursery school. 

The synagogue also includes an event space with Ram Caterers, one of NY’s premier Kosher catering operators, and can host events of up to 750 guests. Two single-family homes are also on-site. The synagogue is located on Old Westbury Rd., access to the Jericho Turnpike and I-495.

The Synagogue serves Long Island towns including Old Westbury, Westbury, Roslyn, East Hills, East Williston, Jericho, Brookville, Old Brookville, Carle Place, Mineola, Manhasset, Herricks and Searingtown.
