Roslyn, NY Douglas Elliman Real Estate will begin leasing in July at Roslyn Lumber Yard, a new waterfront rental development located at 17-21 Lumber Rd. in Roslyn Village. Douglas Elliman agent Peter Crifo will handle the exclusive marketing and leasing for the project, which is scheduled for occupancy this August. A model apartment is slated for completion in July and will act as the leasing office.

Roslyn Lumber Yard will offer 18 two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments ranging from 1,306 – 1,434 s/f, and two one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments at 1,057 s/f. Two second floor apartments will feature large outdoor terraces including one with a fireplace. A third floor apartment will also include a fireplace. The spacious open floor plans optimize interior living spaces while offering stunning views of the water, green hillsides or charming Roslyn Village, which is just steps away.
The apartments feature designer eat-in kitchens with islands, tile backsplashes and premium stainless steel appliances with in-unit washers and dryers, and climate control for gas heat and central air. Homes also have ample closets and shelving systems. Every two-bedroom apartment offers a master suite with master bath and large walk-in closet.
Residents will enter the building through a well-appointed private lobby to access the second and third floor apartments.
