CresaPartners refurbishes Barton and Loguidice real estate space
CresaPartners' Albany office (formerly Conley Associates) refurbished Barton and Loguidice new commercial real estate space at 10 Airline Dr.
Barton and Loguidice (B&L), the well-known and respected engineering firm located in Albany New York, has collaborated with literally thousands of clients since its founding in 1961. B&L contracted CresaPartners exclusively to refurbish their new space at 10 Airline Dr. Cresa, known for its work as exclusive tenant/buyer representation, also has an experienced design department.
CresaPartners structured the interior of their conference rooms, workstations and waiting area. Cresa was instrumental in space planning and in the interior design of the B&L main reception area; ensuring its design remained consistent with their corporate image, while at the same time, practical for expected traffic.
In the process of project completion expert care was taken in consideration of lighting and fixtures to balance natural and artificial light helping to increase employee productivity. CresaPartners completed the project to Barton and Loguidice's satisfaction planning all design elements to achieve maximum efficiency in work flow.
