“This is an organization that provides both at-home healthcare and clinical services to seniors,” points out Rosenblatt. “Working directly with the landlord’s rep, we were able to ensure Elderserve Health will remain in place for years to come.”

Adds Mike Taylor, tri-state COO, Lincoln Property Company, which represented the landlord in the transaction, “The landlord is very pleased to be able to retain Elderserve and glad 1630 East 15th St. continues to attract and retain quality service and medical tenants in the south Brooklyn marketplace.”

The contemporary commercial property, built in 2006, is conveniently located close to public transportation and has indoor parking. The asking rent for the space was $45-per s/f.

“We appreciate all of Cresa’s efforts to ensure this transaction went smoothly to everyone’s benefit,” said John Lembo, head of real estate and Facilities, Elderserve Health, Inc.
